Extended Family Session

Sessions take place in the Ada area. I will suggest a location but am happy to to travel to your property (within 10 miles of Ada, OK)
Extended Family Sessions include grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc…. A large variety of both posed and candid photos!

Your session includes: 
40 minute session
All digital images + a print release & print lab recommendations 

Access to my professional print lab through your online gallery

• Purchases are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, your payment can be transfered. 

• I understand that I may miss out on session time if I am late.

• I understand that Savannah Lutrell is not responsible If the client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during sessions - If you child is having an off day please let me know ahead of time, I am happy to reschedule if it means having a happy kiddo for your session!

• I understand that Savannah Lutrell is not responsible for any accidental injuries, including but not limited to, insect bites,  tick bites, or any other act of nature.

• I understand that images are edited and color corrected in a consistent manner depending upon the session type. 

• I understand that Savannah Lutrell reserves the right to use images created during the session for advertising, marketing, display, publication, or for office use. 

• I understand that Savannah Lutrell may reschedule the session due to cases of emergency, or in the event of inclement weather (significant chance of rain or high wind if outdoors) or deemed necessary to reschedule to benefit the quality of your photos

• I understand that there are NO REFUNDS once payment has been completed. However, your payment can be transferred or applied to another session on another date should you give notice to the photographer. 

• I understand the sessions are typically booked back to back and that is very important that I arrive in time.
